Boston Center’s Annual Footsteps Tour

The Boston Center of SRF has established the tradition of hosting a pilgrimage bus tour to the places in the Boston area where Paramahansa Yogananda lectured, visited and stayed during his early years in America.  Each year, the bus tour is scheduled for the Sunday before September 19, when The City of Sparta docked in Boston Harbor.  A publication containing many of the locations visited on the tour is available below.

Sri Daya Mata, our past president of Self-Realization Fellowship, wrote this letter to the Boston Center, stating,

“Although it has been many years since he walked the streets of Boston, Guruji is ever in your hearts, a living loving presence that will become more real to you as you meditate deeply and practice his teachings.”
